It is a fast growing company.All the model of this company have proved to be the best in the used car sector.There is never delay in salary nor is there any delay in incentive as well

Pathetic environment n culture , especially in inside supply , poor n partial management. They don’t follow HR policy , senior management (Sr. PM n others ) have their own policy they take actions as per their mood n on the basis of their personal relationships with employees. Not recommended to join at all.

Can't say anything because I had worked only for 2 months. After recruitment of mine they said that my recruitment was done by mistake.

Job security is till you work as per your immediate manager way for his personal. But if you work for the organisation your immediate manager will angry from you and make ur performance worst in the eye of upper management and sack you by saying that your recruitment is done by mistake.

Management is doing partiality regarding appraisals, and other benefits. Managers are providing huge amount of appraisals and benefits to their favourites. I have worked for around 4 years and still my manager was harrasing me regarding lots of things. 1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.

Everything except the work pressure, because there isn’t too much work is bad, from salary to benefits to ego clashes between managers and the founder’s reaction to that is bad In less than half a year at least half the workforce has left the company
