Day by going worse. Bad management No work-life balance No Job Security No Appraisal Bad Incentive structure No Leave No Such good things, everyone is working just because of a lack of other options. If they get any better option they will move out from this company.

No performance reviews, managers giving low ratings after you did everything there, with no explanations, and then expectations to work all day. Overall, a sinking ship to get into.

Horrible experience. Managers are low skilled and HRs are boot lickers of managers. They do not offer increment, promotion and job security even after 2 years of serving the company. Also it was 6 days wfo job. FnF settlement is also poor, they cut your hard earned money just to satisfy their egos.

Can't say anything because I had worked only for 2 months. After recruitment of mine they said that my recruitment was done by mistake.

Job security is till you work as per your immediate manager way for his personal. But if you work for the organisation your immediate manager will angry from you and make ur performance worst in the eye of upper management and sack you by saying that your recruitment is done by mistake.

1) Work process is very good. 2) Except for a few people, the rest of the Spinny team is very good. They are very supportive.

Dislikes

1) Job timing and incentive structure not good. 2) After the performance remains down for one or two months, when you directly fire the executive by giving him PIP in mid-month without any intimation, and when he again tries for a job in Spinny, he does not get the job.
