Working with SpiceJet is really a great to work and feel i am one among the family member of spicejet, well it's the only one company where we get our salary on time at the end of the month, well to this situation of Covid 19 lockdown company is trying to do all best of it and still has to take some hard decision by salary cut and leave without pay.

Dislikes

Only one thing I would like to share with regards to Covid situation, as a employee and being with this company for almost 14yrs completed , management has taken a some of wrong decision by making the senior most staff for leave without pay that too for Six months, As a normal human I can understand that company is in bad shape but from my vision I expected some sort of basic salary to accommodate and to buy essentials and to take off the family, which company has failed to do so, but other wise I am very much happy with SpiceJet .
