Maintenance of aircrafts are very bad. Pilots discriminate if you are from another airline previously No proper thought out service procedures, it keeps changing and getting worse Definitely not crew friendly. Very casual attitude No consideration for workers and not paid for several months due to coronavirus. Staff are forced to ask for reviews from passengers just to win an airline award. Facilities on all aircrafts are not the same, only 1 oven to heat food on most aircrafts. Very difficult to work in such an environment when time is of such importance. Hard work is not awarded, rewards and promotions are based on the amount of good forced reviews you get from passengers. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
