The only good thing about Spectrum was that there was no work pressure as such. One can maintain a work-life balance there very easily.

Dislikes

There is no work to do for permanent hiring. They give you to hire delivery boys as a part of permanent hiring. The salary for freshers is very less, also they will never allow you to work from home. Apart from that, the appraisal cycle is of one year & that too very rarely with a minimum percentage of 2-3 %. Managers for Non-IT recruitment are way too into politics rather than the work. No learning opportunities as such. There is no training provided to the freshers....Read More
