-The job shown is of Data Analyst, but it is a pure MIS Executive job, where you will create MIS reports on a daily basis. -In interview, the reporting manager, she knows nothing about Data Analysis, she only knows how to bootlick HODs to portray herself as a good lead, she goes to any level to fulfill this thing. -Most of the members of her team have left with less than 6 months of tenure, due to the toxic behavior. You will be asked to send your task list daily, at start of each day, and status of that task list at end of each day, as if you are a fresher working in a BPO. -She does not have any experience in Data Analysis or even Data Management, she has come from Marketing team, and due to her boot-licking, they made her Analytics Lead Manager. -Honest Advice: Do NOT Join as Data Analyst, there is no scope of growth here in this field, the team is very unskilled. Work Details

There is no work culture, there is only boot-licking culture. HR does nothing. You have to complete 9.5 hrs daily, No cab service is provided, Cafeteria is small (30-40 people) with no facilities. Food is so pathetic, worse that the one served in trains.

Can't really trust anything this company promises, I was offered 4.8lpa fixed + incentives in interview, but in offer letter they made it 3.6lpa fixed and 1lpa is variable pay when I asked they said it's just mentioned as variable pay to avoid taxes, then one week later after signing the offer letter they changed my offer letter to 3.6lpa fixed and forced me to sign, worst experience here, no petrol expenses provided, whatever been communicated to HR to upper management it's completely ignored, belive me it's worst experience for freshers, with me 5 other freshers also joined and everyone left in 2 months....Read More
