Working at Spectraforce about more than 2 years now, work culture is fantastic. Every manager or hugher authority is so friendly and helpful. They always act like family person and always ready to improve our skills and showcasing our performance in honest way. It depends on us how big we can make ourself here at Spectraforce. I didn’t feel any negative point yet. I am wondering that Spectraforce is the only company where i started my career and in my current mindset it is always there to take retirement from here only or to work for them only as I treat my work as my own business which directly gives me opportunities to have both financial and professional growth

Everything is pathetic over their if you ever plan to go to SPF never ever go I would suggest you Never to go for this company. There are literally inhuman living in their company. Their moto is "Employee centric" but they fire you if you go for two hours of emergency be it the reason if your mother is sick or you roommate met withan accident. I literally cried for not firing but then I realized I'm wasting my energy on those people who are so inhuman also with no emotions in them. First they accept your reason approve it and let you go for the reason you mentioned and then fire you for the same....Read More
