Free to work and learn by ourselves. No pressure on work. Analysis of Business hourly in weekends. Great supports from area managers.

Straight work timings, 11 to 12hrs straight shift. Staffing was not proper. No hike and fake incentive schemes.

Longer working hours @ store / lack of proper documentation in every work & department/lack of clear SOP/ lack of adherence to ctc & offer letter given to employees at the time of joining. If you have no other option then one can choose this.
