Working with Specscart was one of the best decisions of my career, never witnessed an organisation where each team member buy-in the vision of the company and worked like "Corporate Entrepreneurs". Specscart provides an open-opportunity platform to each team member and those are really willing to achieve big in their careers - this is the best place and team to work with. The team works for Global audience and still they manage to grow the business with their dedication and collaborative work at a rapid speed. The business is constantly expanding and so do its team members. I have never witnessed any organisation providing you with Probationary raise right after 3-6 months of joining and continuous growth which I am pretty sure must be very high according to the industry as I have witnessed 30-120% hike in my tenure with organisation. The company fosters the culture of accountability and responsibility, and if by multiple follow ups has been taken, they will give you quick review and time to perform and will take actions accordingly. And I personally feel this way more transparent as the team managers those who are responsible for the business growth give fair chance to the people those who actually wants to work rather than sinking the entire team productivity.
