Only work-life balance is good

Dislikes

1. Don't join the company or get ready to suffer if you join. 2. Bad HR Policies like no salary in notice period and if you resign three months after hike is given it will not reflect on documents. 3. HR Manager and HR Team don't respond at all 4. They lay off employees in covid with short notice period 5. Manager with no technical and management skill who want the work to be done no matter how it should be done. 6. No new projects are coming since last two years and they give u some freelancing work from Upwork 7. Worst Department in the Company is BIA Vertical manged so poorly that their managers don't even take daily team calls and have zero technical knowledge. It is a nightmare to work in that department....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
