I must say that the work environment at SPEC INDIA is spectacular. You can grow yourself by learning new things. So, there is a good career growth for everyone. The seniors and management is always helpful whenever you need their help. The company offers Flexible timing & 5 Day working, so you will have a good work-life balance. Their appraisal and promotion policy is very good.

I don't think there is any major or notable negative.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
