Nothing to like about Spazevision

Manager and MD creats toxic work culture. At punch out time comes to employees and say we are working whole night, we need to extend, they don't pay overtime, working on weekends etc Struggle to get leave, they dont approve leave ,if in case approved they ask to work beyond working hours treats very badly At the time of joining they talk very nicely behave like family, asked to sign bond .after signing bond they shows their real monster face. Manager check how much time you are taking lunch break, tea break<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you take some extra time, manager will cut your salary from variable pay</mark>. Manager is from MEP and don't know about architecture and structure so it gets very difficult to complete project, no senior from architecture and structure If you want to experience jail, hell you must join Spazevision....Read More
