This is a company of fraudsters. They'll commit you something and the procedure is completely something else. The work structure and ambience is not good at all. They find people who are bound to do the job even after paying less salary whatever commited by them. And they have tendency of make people work in half or quarter wages.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
