The behaviour of the management is very bad. They take decisions based on assumptions. The principal is useless. She has no basic idea regarding the responsibility of the role assigned, indulges in gossip more than work, enjoys discussing about Teacher's private life.

Many things, they didn't provide any documents when u leave the organisation even they were not bother to receive your call also. The organisation is not organised at all. The behaviour of the admin department was worst.

Only some non teaching staff and teaching staff and students energy and behavior and their work culture.

Dislikes

It was mostly worst experience ever I had. There is no job security and mid of session teachers can be changed. There is no such proper polices of labourwork and salary structure and no increment or bonus. Management is transparent but principal and coordinator's behavior are so bad ,negative minded and they are not showing respect to other teachers with full of dirty work politics. They didn't take of children properly but they act to do so....Read More
