Only the behaviour of the Principal Ma'am

Many things, they didn't provide any documents when u leave the organisation even they were not bother to receive your call also. The organisation is not organised at all. The behaviour of the admin department was worst.

Work Details

I didn't get time for my family. They started the word during the time of our departure so always late to go back home.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Only some non teaching staff and teaching staff and students energy and behavior and their work culture.

Dislikes

It was mostly worst experience ever I had. There is no job security and mid of session teachers can be changed. There is no such proper polices of labourwork and salary structure and no increment or bonus. Management is transparent but principal and coordinator's behavior are so bad ,negative minded and they are not showing respect to other teachers with full of dirty work politics.
