Overall group of Minda is good but there some plant having very bad politics and management not understand for employee which are working many years ago in the organisation.

Dislikes

In my plant there all management top level to down level change and new people thoughts are very bad because they only understand the all employees which are working many years ago in the plant they don't have any capability do work in this organisation. Very bad experience with some new people joined in last one year.
