Its just a worst company full of politics and don’t respect your position or your job work. Also lots of harassment happens with the employees. Nothing good to say about company. I suggest all that don’t join this company.

Company had good but their management team is not good ex. Spark Minda Plant Murbad HR Vishal and Quality Head Amol Tambe he is not take action in Wiring Harness Defects that's reson defects are rapidly growth and I am quality inspector I know production team pressures of our quality team they not fix target and harness is lot of quantity that reason defects goes to customer.
