I received an offer letter mentioning 24x7 work no leave ,literally you have to work 7 days .Even if your on approved leave even though your manager torcher you to come for online meetings (On Saturday Sunday) as being an employee one can understand if something urgent is their so it's responsibility of an employee to attend something urgent,unfortunately it's nothing like urgent it's company culture to work on weekends doesn't matter it's leave or whatever it is .This organization is in terrible loss not able to pay to Vendors even after sales .So please don't go its trap . AND THIS IS NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE STORY ITS A COMMON THING HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED DONT GO IF YOUR ARE NOT IN DIRE NEED OF JOB All the best!!...Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
