Nice place to start a career, especially in sales. If you are an aspiring sales engineer then Span is one of the good options. They have good process and training. Get an opportunity to travel & learn.

My work experience in Span is good they give me good training also give me good responsibility so over all good experience one major thing is need to improve Expences polices for out side people.

Though the GM is very learned person and give best technical training and know how about the product, but HR dept. is very poor and no specific induction programe.

Dislikes

No Professionalism. No senior management person having field knowledge and feel of ground realities. No proper and adequit place to have lunch, also office sitting arrangement and ambience is poor.
