1) Work urgency is very high every day 2) Timing is very bad daily extra time work without pay 3) Leave sanction is very insulting program 4) no bonus if your salary is only 16K 5) life and work life is in possible there 6) your are full loaded you have to do extra time work but seniors watching cricket match daily on work station.

Manager don't have any work to do only doing politics and interfering in others work. Every time giving excuses of company is in loss at the time of appraisal and extending date of appraisal and not doing.

No support from operation team you are the owner of your project from sales to installation, no extra benifits only pf is there & nothing else , sales incentive structure is very bad & working on weekends.
