Companies training will be well. If there has any issues about products & services can directly contact to companies M.D is the good point (oppitional). The healthcare equipment is very useful for daliy to day life. Co-workers are very supportive.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but career growth is slow. Company has not supported properly to employees related marketing the products & services. There has no upper level member in office who guide me related work, all was managed from Kolkata (Headoffice). Salary is related issues it's not credited on time always been delayed.
