sowparnika was a good company , which are almost done in South zone like kerala,karnataka, tamilnadu.so many experience departments are working with higher rised building.so we will learn huge knowledge in practical field. In working time first preference only safety and next thing is best results.

Politics,no skill development,no promotions etc,they will blackmail you give work experience certificate (minimum you should do 3 years- for fresher), salary on time only when the marketing ( sales of flats) is good other wise delayed salary, In simple words sowparnika doesn't need engineers it requires supervisor
