Stupid concept of entering time for each and every task that employees work upon, while higher management is not required to do so. No permanent remote work option is available for employees based in Kolkata.

The company has many projects and different teams so, job security is there, growth is also very good here. HR is really good and responsive. Salary is on time, even in this pandemic situation. Management understand employee's needs. The work culture is very good here. The team members are quite helpful. Company is providing work from home facility during this covid period.
