Good environment to work for Work culture is too nice. Concern for employees is more. Learning opportunity is there but one need to be proactive. Managing work is easy if one is willing to be systematic. Its very much possible to manage work life balance. Teams and manager are very cooperating.

Dislikes

There is no compromization with the quality of works, so in order to maintain the quality, sometimes we have to work for some more hours.

1. The projects and their complexity is very helpful for young professionals to learn and grow. 2. TLs are very professional and helpfull in terms of guiding juniors . 3. Shared responsibility is one thing i really appreciate. 4. The work culture is very uplifting and that helps to keep the monotonous daily life little intresting.

1. Work from home faculties are only available for a very limited time , and often that creates problems managing family and work together 2. No pickup and drop transportation facilities.
