Currently I join Soundlines as Senior HR Executive i found Management and seniors are very supportive here I am exploring more and getting so many things to do to upgrade my skills. People are very talented and ready to guide you whenever you need their help they are client and employee oriented.

Dislikes

Nothing but some time we have to wait for extra time as per work requirement but it is once in a bluemoon.

Soundlines help u learn a lot, it gives u good exposure and it teaches you to complete your task by hook or by crook. There is a saying in hindi which is suitable for employees of Soundlines i.e. "SONA TAPKE KUNDAN BANTA HAI" So employees really become gem after working here.

Every organization has merits and demerits. Sometimes you are over burdened

You will become pro in handling tremendous pressure if you work for 1 year minimum. And moreover if you perform well, you will be in the eyes of higher management in a short span of time.

Dislikes

Your personal time will be occupied with phone calls and emails. People with a mindset of 10-6 jobs cant survive here.. might have to work on sundays as well..
