Totally based on corporate business model, they aren't even interested for children future. Seniors only want to list good things and not ready to take even a constructive criticism. Seniors exploit juniors to next level. Worklife balance is zero.

We'll, the salary is so low. They get you from top colleges and pay you in average. You wouldn't have any career growth. Start in this organisation and jump to a better place after a year or so.
