Most of the decision and innovation happens at japan, we mostly do the fixing and boring job. Also the pay is less.

Dislikes

If you are working as consultant then you feel bad sometimes like annual outing, you can not avail staff purchasing offers, so overall it’s only for consultants, so working as a consultant not good for your carrier, every day you feel scared.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
