Joined as a fresher , For me it was torture of 1 year . managers are laid out unenthusiastic individual . Funny part , They didn't even provided working place as it was overpopulated place .

->There are projects which have much scope of learning; in order to get into these projects you have to keep your manager "satisfied". -> Projects related to diverse tech stack. Not limited to use of single technology.

Dislikes

-> Authoritative tone of HR managers while talking to employees and asking inappropriate questions when you ask for leave, they want to know every minute detail. -> When you report incidences of manager's misbehavior, they start to blame the employee herself and spreads gossips about her in the team to make it difficult for her to work.

As far as InfoSec division is concerned, No growth opportunities after you reach a certain stage (manager level) Infosec Leadership isn't transparent and bit vindictive. They Don't have any vision.. the lady who heads it just tilts towards whatever clients say to save her position/chair. Only hollow words doesn't have a spine to say something to defend SISC people..but every thing is controlled by clients. No proper roles and responsibilities defined. Salary is not upto the mark....Read More
