It best company with poor management, if specially middle level management ppl are not doing well here.

Dislikes

Middle level management are not implementing new technology, out dated technology and leadership skills lags in most of them. I have even seen the best of the managers with skills to encourage but the number is very less. compensation is average, growth is very minimal, work pressure is manageable

My work is good being a test engineer but it's always monotonous, though v are interested in learning more but the opportunity is very less. But work life management is nice. If u r switched many companies, this is company to settlers but not for Freshers

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
