Large factory , lot of production thru contract labor , a lot of discrimination between worker and staff . Over 50 vice president doing astt manager jobs . A President level person can't pass Rs 100 expense. Only Promoters are the decision makers ,rest just wait for approvals , so technically no accountability . Salary is on time , city is a small slum so no big expenses , cost of living is low ,there is no social life away from metro. It's a waste of time .
