To be honest I partially enjoyed working here as a fresher, I go to learn many things like softwares, machine maintenance, about PPC and other errands. So as far as the learning part is considered the company is decent.

Dislikes

Whereas the satisfaction level with the compensation and benefits wasn't upto the mark. There is no proper management at work, hence no proper rules and regulations are there to adhere to. And sometimes one feel disrespectful also due to improper management. No other benefits other than the salary.

For me my work-life went a bit balanced as soon I became an asset to the company and people started to seek guidance from me. Other than that Majority of satisfaction comes with compensation and rewards, which were not there for a person in this company
