Its a great experience working in Solenis which is certified work place. People and the teams work with spirit and I saw a good working environment with various activitiy based learnings. It was quite good in job security that too depends upon our work. A company doesnt invest on an unworthy employee and doesnt pay for their lazyness. There is a good management with good nature. Yes. I saw a differentiation between younger peope who work hard with their young blood, so that the seniors who were experienced for more than 10 to 15 years cant cope up with the youngers ones and once in a while judged by the work which differs in thier productivity.. Should have a better procedure in reviewing their productivity.
