No policy and procedure shared with employees. All the policies are kept hidden by HR and will dilute the condition according to his consideration. No system for of EHS. In every were all the things are deviated and the systems which are implemented is just for the sake of getting approval from PESO or as per norms. ISO, EHS, Production, 5's & TPM has been implemented for the sake of getting only certificates. No physical evidence / system exist as per requirements. Politics are terrible.
