Solar has good facilities for employees, office, factory culture is good and job security is good.

Dislikes

There is a bus facility to come to the factory but some people don't get seats because seats are allotted to maximum number of people, so no one leaves their seat.

Such a disgusting Management is over there Company is running on favorism ..because skills of employee doesn't valued .. even the culture over the company is very narrow minded ..the higher authorities doens't even consider complains and try to manipulate to work in such terrible environment.. having very bad experience.
