The only good thing was the junior team that works really hard and is friendly.

1. Overworked and underpaid. 2. The biggest red flag: THEY ARE A FAMILY. THE SOL FAMILY 3. If you have a clock might as well throw it out of the window because you will get texts and call at 12 in the night. 4. A UNESCO heritage site has more stability than this organization. 5. They don't give any appraisals because when you are anemployee but money will unearth itself in their account the moment you hand in your resignation. 6. Speaking of resignation, it takes them more than 2 months after you leave the company to give you the relieving documents. Also, they will withhold the last 2 months of your salary when you quit. There is a terrible lack of management. 7. It takes them 37 meetings (that could have been an email) to get work done 8. The HR comes alive only when you forget to submit your daily report. 9. They do provide training for the new staff, so anyone who is planning to start their career into exhibitions can try their luck by contacting the organisation.

Amazing company, it’s a global company and India’s no.1 exhibition company, people who are giving are majority who got fired due to poor performance I believe… customers speaks for them in vidoe testimony all over the you tube
