Nothing to like in this organisation. Very much toxic working culture. Only responsibilities- no authority. No motivation from top management. Never fulfilled commitment towards employees.

Dislikes

Autocratic working environment. Top management is never accept your suggestions. They don’t respect there work force. You will never get any motivation or you will never get any appreciation from top management. You will never get your compensation on time , don’t expect any help in your turbulent time from top management. Forget your last salary when your are leaving this company. Even Pf is paid once in 3 month....Read More

The work culture in SOHUM is good. Employee policies are available like, PF, Medical leaves, SL, PL, etc.

Dislikes

Higher management was not too good, sometimes they are avoid to discuss with employee.
