There is so much politics in the organisation. Manager & Sr. Management are from BPO. So they made it a BPO as well. Sr. Level executives are doing L1 jobs. Your manager will only pass the order from top management to you & will completely ignore to what you have to say. Too much micro management. Definitely not a good place to work

The job is fine. There is no formal training. They expect you to know everything on your own. Manager would expect you to learn all tools to pull report apart from your technical skills.

Absolutely everything is dislikable about SoftwareOne. They have recently laid off employees without giving them any valid reason. These people strategically targeted their female employees, especially the one who took maternity/long sick leave in the recent past, PATHETIC!!! This company call itself Employee centric, infact one of their core values is "Employee Satisfaction" and god forbid if you reach out to the management, especially Bhawna Sood with any grievance, she will make sure that you suffer the way she wants you to. The other management is good for nothing. Dont even get me started on the Team Leaders here, they hold themselves in the highest of positions, instead of working for their respective "Teams" they rule them and get off on their concerns!!!! The work life balance is no less then a pile of shit given to you in installments. The have hardly hired anyone in last 1.5year and expect the existing employees to take on the work which has been left over after the attrition. Dont even get me started on the attrition rate, they don't care if people leave them. Dont be fooled by the other reviews of this company, they have been given by the people who have been here for ages and are working in their comfort zone. 7 out of 10 employees would not hesitate to leave the organization tomorrow if they have other offers with them. Once you are senior resource they will ask you to do all the stuff, they’ll try to make you feel that you are so important to them but that’s not true, plus there’s no learning you can get, getting promotion among buttering people is like impossible.

Majority of seniors, heads, leaders are not team oriented, so you there's always a war type situation everyday to fight even with your colleagues to stand what is right and for yourself. Favoritism is the main ingredient that already destroyed many teams.
