Overall company culture is good. My project manager was not good. Many team members left at same time because of that.

Dishonest about projects. Managers and directors have complete control. Too much micro management. Always after deadlines, no work life balance. very stressful environment.

Don't like the CEO, Sanjay Brahmawar. He is not a CEO, he is just a plot seller. Sold the company piece by piece, first to Silverlake then IBM. He doesn't care about employee. For that now it's a stressful environment.
