It is a good company to work with. The best part is AI department is in a growing phase and this department welcomes ideas of each employee. It is a good company if you are in the learning phase of your life.

everything like they deduct salary every month, they are like utho or ghar jao without giving any prior notice. poor management they do nothing for their employees, no facilities provided by the management, and if you are sick they terminate you within a minute. Gurugram Phas-4 office culture is very toxic, They shift twice and thrice a day from an old building to a new building, and evenings they are like terminated employees because employees have not completed any task today. This company is jok... they play a human emotion that shit nothing else. Most of the employees are hospitalized because of toxic cultures including m. The funniest thing about the company is you serve PIP and notice period together after 3 months when your probation period is over. According to HR, more than 200 people are doing nothing in the office and they terminated all 200 employees within a month....Read More

Only pro was that you'll get to work with a diverse group of people with backgrounds like Btech, Journalism and PHDs and all doing same inferior and crappy work. Either ways They'll also resign or get laid off by the organization and as usual they will continue their practice of mass hiring and misleadment.

Their entire process is misleading. They hire college students for Content writer and AI engineer roles and assign them bot like repetitive tasks with unachievable targets. Be aware as this is not a permanent job, most of their project end within 1 or 2 months. I personally worked here on three different projects and at the end of each one, they fires employees for baseless reasons. You can get terminated at any time. I have witnessed two mass firings where in total around 55 or 60 people were let go without any sensible reason.
