Not a good company to work with. Management is very poor. No job security. They can fire anyone when they want. No work life balance. You have have to available on 24/7 on mobile. Some very bad rules are : Lunch time is half an hour. If you are 4 team members you can't go together. Go one by one. You have to join office by 9 am. 9.01 means short leave. They want productivity and buying laptops second hand from market. Developers are complaining there laptops are slow. They don't care. No sports activities. Appraisals are not good. If you argue that you are not satisfied then you are fired....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
