Dislikes

There's a lot tbh. The upper management is too old school and too focused on cost cutting at the price of employees' welfare. Tower leads love micro managing. Work culture is toxic af due the this micro management and severe instability in their workforce due to high attrition. As a result, the ones surviving have to bear the extra workload.

It has high job security...The work culture is great and there is excellent support from all the seniors and fellow colleagues ..Specially I would say the "whistle blower" and the "laugh aloud" policy are one of the best I have seen in any industry (and it works seriously). Once you join you get an independent work environment which is great .. you are accountable for your own actions . No one will breath on your neck.. you do it right it's your baby.
