Sodexo has a name in its industry but because of over ambitious and unrealistic targets there is no job satisfaction among the operations staff. Sr. Management doesn't have the related work experience and they pressurize operations team to perform unrealistically. Also most importantly Operation Manager shoul have extremely good knowledge of Finance. Operation team do everything from backfill to induction to training to attandance punching for payroll to PF and ESIC grievances to exit management to client billing to collection follow-up to collection to pitching in for organic growth to face financial and non financial reviews with Sodexo Management for their repectic clients....Read More

There is hardly any support from support teams. Operations team does everything apart from their core responsibility.

Work Details

The call starts at 8 or 830 hrs and last call logs off at 2100 hrs but there are few accounts where call can start any time even in the mid night.
