I have learned to how to work in toxic culture. Some of the teammates are very nice & supportive to each other.

They want their employees should be come on time but when it come to leaving the office there is no such a strict rule are implemented. Manager continuously changes your JD. When any junior did any mistake, manager has only one dialogue ( Replace this person). When we discussed this with HR, they only takes side of their Manager as they are handling the client.
