Sodexo Bihar ( GE diesel locomotive Pvt LTD chapra) sodexo company is worst company seen in my 8 years of carrier. Site manager nature is very pathetic. No job security no increament only politics.

No job security, worst working culture, working environment very bad only politics, client also lack of knowledge.Frustating site manager with worst attitude.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
