Not good in job security , balancing work nature , worst ever management , average company policies like full day of work from you not worthy enough to had a extra payment

Everything I dislike about them they ( management people's) don't follow the rules and regulations they create for us so you must obey the rules in order to raise a question about what is right and wrong , there is no salary hike even after you work for 3 years but same salary and same position no career growth ..

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Mostly the company doesn't follow and the management doesn't behave like an Multi National Company. The growth in this company is also very terrible. As a. Employee my confident level about the future in this company is decrease day by day.
