I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst experience ever from this company. I was working very good, infact i was working more than they want. I also working for another domain in this location they don't have hr, I also work for hr for doing all the documentation and joining formalities for new employees and all other activities which is not my field of work. And for my field i haven't got appraisal for more than a year they told to wait nxt month you will get a call, every month they have same sentence for me don't worry you will get all appraisal from April23. But till November23 they told me the same but when i ask them why it is too late cause other employee got there appraisal but not mine don't know why but they also don't confirm me anything.
