Opportunity to get to work in the semiconductor industry as a fresher. You get access to industry tools. You get to work on a good no. of projects

- sometimes there is no work at all, and no opportunity for skill development if one wishes - less hike in the initial years - no work-life balance -communication with higher managers and feedback could be better

Worst experience ever from this company. I was working very good, infact i was working more than they want. I also working for another domain in this location they don't have hr, I also work for hr for doing all the documentation and joining formalities for new employees and all other activities which is not my field of work. And for my field i haven't got appraisal for more than a year they told to wait nxt month you will get a call, every month they have same sentence for me don't worry you will get all appraisal from April23. But till November23 they told me the same but when i ask them why it is too late cause other employee got there appraisal but not mine don't know why but they also don't confirm me anything.
