Everything is very good at Soctronics but the problem occurs when it comes to compensation. The compensation is very poor if a fresher is joining the company. It will take 6 years to come to the market level salary structure. Other than that everything is perfect. There is lot of learning curve, friendly atmosphere with colleagues and other higher authorities etc.

Dislikes

Only thing is compensation provided to a fresher.

For entry level only it is good and for people who don’t want to work but waste their time it’s good

Nothing in Soctronics is good. No vendita everything is in favor of management. And the management don’t even know how to talk properly. Such is the delivery

The worst company in this pandemic. They forced employees to come to the office even in the lockdown time. And due to that some of employees were tested positive.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
