Too much pressure from management for execution but not giving proper resource from the beginning. Finally before hand over creates more pressure, need to stay at site till midnight 2_3am . Inhuman managers treating teams like robots and bonded labour. Your designation decides if you will get a reply to email or not, not the subject. And HR is equally dumb to leak every report to the immediate manager and management. They deduct salary if you are late even by 1min but don't pay you for over time and expect you to work overtime without pay as your loyalty, dedication, and duty towards the organisation and help it grow while you burnout....Read More

The Hiring Process is Normal, By Hr it good, but by the respective team manager ( Account team ) is very bad. That manager is not good behaviour. At last they hold the job & telling as we can gave the salary as 7% hike only, where as existing company needs to pay the 15-20 % Hike. Very bad Experiance

Don't join sobha, they are actually fraud people like vitas. When you are in leave they remove people easily. They are not given my salary and incentives, be careful from sovin this person looks like very gentlemen, but is totally fraud person. Don't buy any sobha project they are just playing quality quality.

*Salary in time, the company is great except for the sales team. *People are very nice and friendly except for sales. *Canteen food is homemade and superb. *Office is nice and has large cubicles for everyone except sales.

*Sales team is very bad. *High pressure and high stress environment. *Unrealistic goals set by sales heads and they yell all the time for not reaching the target or completing the goal. *Too many people in sales and very few projects to work on. *Other sales people will steal your clients so you have to be careful. No one will help you if someone steals your client. *Too much politics. *Many sales people including those in higher positions have romantic relationships within the team even if they are married. *They hire young and pretty girls so that they can have affairs. *No advantage for us guys since most people in higher positions have affairs. *Verbal abuse is very common. *0 work life balance. *Client is treated as God and employees are seen as useless. *Site offices have no place to sit on weekends....Read More
