salary hike is low,Growth is slow, transfer one site to another site which is affecting my family life.

Work Details

my self is working as MEP coordinator at present . its required to look after the whole project progress without any hindrance . All design drawings to be cross checked, work schedule preparation material follow up,site modification to be sorted .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
